今年各国的签证政策真是风生水起，一波未平一波又起。2010年2月英国启用新的签证政策（CAS）后，大量教育提供商被英国边境管理局(UKBA)除名，被吊销资格的学校的学生将无法申请签证和续签。以下是被除名的sponers列表： UKBA remove the list of following tier 4 sponsors from Tier 4 Sponsors List on 20/01/2010.
